Who I Am

 

Prior to obtaining my Real Estate License, I was a Recruiter for the United States Army, stationed in Santa Fe, NM. In addition I had a Real Estate license in Iowa in 1995.  After leaving the Army, I obtained my Real Estate License in 2004 in the state of New Mexico, and became a Qualifying Broker in March, 2006 after creating One STOP Realty.  ​In 2007, I founded One Stop Real Estate Education Services, which was the basis for our Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education Courses. With the success, I have had in this arena, the next natural step of progression was Consulting on a larger scale for individual Real Estate Offices across the Country.  Also offered to Brokers, Teams and Offices is individualized personal coaching and motivation and often times includes Continuing Education Credit.

The One STOP brand has expanded to include affiliate offices, individually owned and operated in the following locations to which I provide consulting, and sales motivation to Owners and Brokers to ensure compliance with the New Mexico Real Estate Commission.
